I have a piece of sheetrock stuck in my bathroom drain. I thought since it was made of chalk that it would eventually melt and get washed down the drain but it seems to be making the drain back up and is getting worse. I cant afford to hire a plumber. What should I do? Peggy

We are installing bullnose corners throughout our house. We don't know for sure how to "butt up" the two pieces where they meet in a doorway (wall corner and top of doorway). Is there a special technique or measurement that we need to make?

I am attempting to install bullnose corners around all my windows and vertical corners. I am reading that I should not use screws and should use nails.

Has anyone used staples?

I'm removing wallpaper in an entryway and I've come to find out that the wallpaper was attached directly to the wallboard. Now I have damaged wallboard, and wallboard with extremely thick paste still on it. I want to just screw some 1/4" thick wallboard over top and start fresh. How do I deal with all the corners and decorative windows? Can I go with bullnose corners now?

What is the easiest way to cut to length and have the cut square, and trim the flanges of metal bullnose corner bead?
